Processing Time
We are a small, one-person business, and while we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we currently only have the capacity to guarantee that orders will be shipped once a week. If you require your order sooner or by a specific date, please get in touch with us directly, and we will do our best to prioritise your request.
All standard orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom or personalised items may require additional processing time, which will be detailed in the product description.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times based on Australia Post website are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress of your package.
Local Pickup
If you have been given information regarding local pickup, you may apply the provided local pickup code at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we take great care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For assistance, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue where possible.
