Personalised Items
Due to the customised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly at the time of order, as we cannot make changes once production begins.

Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
